Permission to use

Subject to this licence and applicable law, Prapya Bhaskar grants the person who lawfully obtains this copy a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use YT-DLP Easy for personal or internal business purposes. This permission applies only to the original, unmodified application copy obtained from Prapya Bhaskar or an authorised distributor.

Restrictions

Except where Prapya Bhaskar gives prior written permission, or applicable law does not permit a restriction, you may not:

• redistribute, republish, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make YT-DLP Easy available to another person;
• distribute modified copies of YT-DLP Easy or remove copyright or licence notices; or
• claim ownership of YT-DLP Easy or represent that you created or own it.

Nothing here restricts rights in a third-party component under its separate licence or rights that applicable law does not allow this licence to restrict.

Third-party components

Third-party programs, libraries, notices, and assets are not relicensed by this document and are not subject to the proprietary restrictions above. They remain governed by their own licence terms. See Third-party notices and linked upstream licence materials. If a third-party licence conflicts with this document as to that component, the third-party licence controls.

Ownership

YT-DLP Easy is proprietary software. No ownership is transferred to you. Prapya Bhaskar reserves rights in the original application to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Third-party rights remain with their respective holders.

Warranty and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YT-DLP Easy is provided without warranties or guarantees. Nothing in this licence excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Other terms

This licence does not specify a governing law or jurisdiction. No legal entity status, address, or contact detail is represented by this document. If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

By installing or using YT-DLP Easy, you agree to this licence to the extent an agreement is enforceable under applicable law.
